Main duties and responsibilities

  • Can handle payroll and benefit administration as per policies
  • Detailed working knowledge of all aspects during different payroll preparation
  • Liaising with other departments like Tax, EOBI, SESSI department and any other  on a range of issues related to payroll processing
  • Oversee daily operations of outsourced payroll sub-department
  • Oversee posting, verify, calculate and review duties performed by junior staff
  • Manage the accurate, reliable, and timely payroll reporting for internal requirements
  • Ensure compliance with required external and internal controls
  • Provide solutions to queries raised by the clients
  • Providing advice on clients payroll matters, where applicable
  • Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Outsourced Payroll Sub-Department activities
