Main duties and responsibilities
- Can handle payroll and benefit administration as per policies
- Detailed working knowledge of all aspects during different payroll preparation
- Liaising with other departments like Tax, EOBI, SESSI department and any other on a range of issues related to payroll processing
- Oversee daily operations of outsourced payroll sub-department
- Oversee posting, verify, calculate and review duties performed by junior staff
- Manage the accurate, reliable, and timely payroll reporting for internal requirements
- Ensure compliance with required external and internal controls
- Provide solutions to queries raised by the clients
- Providing advice on clients payroll matters, where applicable
- Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Outsourced Payroll Sub-Department activities
