He has worked  in various organizations in the capacity of Trainer which includes non-profit sector (USAID & UNICEF), Financial Sector (Insurance) and Textile sector.

Arij is a young trainer who has a strong expertise on content creation of soft skills training, he has also launched vision, mission & Values program at leading textile and conducted trainings with thousands of employees. He has completed almost 3000 and above training hours in his 4.5 years of career. He has a strong grip on employee engagement  and culture.
